I love Spanish food and there are still so many places in Melbourne I haven’t visited yet. Keeping with the theme of Spanish this month, here are some of my favourite spots for Spanish food so far.
Great ambience and delicious food. The Workers’ Lunch deal on weekdays is a steal too.
A larger venue than its other MoVida bretheren, MoVida Aqui has more larger dishes. The highlight for me at MoVida Aqui was their arroz negro.
For something more suburban, Tinto is a restaurant and wine bar with tasty dishes and plenty of daily specials to choose from.
One of Melbourne’s best places for tapas and raciones. Not quite as busy as MoVida, but there can still be a bit of a wait.

Their $1 pinxtos downstairs are cheap and cheerful. Simply pick what you want from the counter and bring your toothpicks to the counter to pay.
