# 1 Muse Dining

If you have to eat at only one place, you'll have to come here. Simply book your seats online and be prepared for a great feast. The menu is seasonal and comes with a three-course meal with wine pairing options. This two-hat restaurant is created by the labour of love of husband and wife team - Troy and Megan Rhoades-Brown. All the dishes are outstanding but the quail dish is to die-for. The quail is cooked to perfection and just melt-in your mouth. Don't miss out on the famous Coconut Muse which is the signature dessert. The tips is don't forget to eat the coconut husk made with chocolate!

If dining with a view is your kind of thing, then don't miss out on this charming French bistro located on top on the Tallavera Grove Vineyard. This rustic and open-air bistro transport you to Provence with its wrought iron chairs and candelabras and paved courtyard. Enjoy all the French favourites from their popular charcuterie and enjoy the scenery and warm hospitality of Bistro Molines. Your visit to Hunter Valley will not be complete without visiting Lake's Folly winery. Lake's Folly winery is the oldest boutique winery in Australia. Created by a physician named, Max Lake, he named it Lake's Folly as everyone thought he's gone crazy changing his career to open a winery instead. You can tell the passion of the place when you talk to the owner Rob. His enthusiasm and passion for his wine has members lining up to buy his latest produce.
